    The other big webisode launch of the day is Joss Whedon's Dr Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, starring Neil Patrick Harris as a would-be evil genius and Nathan Fillion as his arch nemesis, Captain Hammer.

    It was initially US only when it first went up, but they've taken off the bar so it's visible to anybody. Act I is live today, with Acts II and III going up on Thusrday and Saturday -- but only until Sunday, after which it'll become a paid for download.
