I though everyone said that [spoiler...] they are stupidly similar to the Judoon, who I've heard are also coming back... or have I got that totally wrong?

Ok that didn't work - the spoiler code has worked a little too well! No matter, wasn't very important... :)

Don't worry: I fixed in post - to make it work, you put the spoiler between the span tags, not where it says 'spoiler'.
As for the comment, I'd say that good old Rusty will no doubt link the two. And if you know your old Who, there is indeed a story in which said baddies use another race to achieve their ends. Only click on the link if you want to be double-spoiled (for the old story and series four).

Didn't take long for the Beeb to 'fess up, which suggests that maybe this next season's big reveal might have more to it. Or that it may be something else entirely.

I noticed: it made me think the same thing as you - that there's something else, particularly if they're filming the relevant episode in a few weeks' time, which would make it unlikely to be anything to do with the finale (unless they're coming back later in the season as well).
I still suspect the shiny pepperpot will be phoning home.

Thanks Rob, that was a truly rubbish error on my part. ;)

When is new Who back? In thNew Year or what?!
As for the returning villans . Excellent. Hopefully a good challange to take our minds of that final episode....!

Around April normally. But we play guessing games up until a few weeks before about which exact weekend - Easter's early next year, I think.

Those in the know on the Gallifrey boards reckon that the next episode to be filmed will be Ep1 of the new series.
