Bigger "Who" news (for me) was that Felicity Kendall would be on the show, in the proposed Agatha Christie episode! I've always been a big fan since I was a kid and saw her in "Shakespeare Wallah". Always thought she'd make a great, eccentric Time Lord, with a comic sense like Troughton's.
I'm just afraid her character will be written off too early, as happened to Marsden's. But if she's the ep's baddie, I can deal with that.
and welcome back! Glad to have the site back running for a morning visit from work!

Glad you had a good time. Greece is fab isn't it, apart from all that skulking around you have to do, avoiding gifts.
It's always worth listening to McCoy, even though he often appears to talk in a different register to other humans. He told everyone Paul McGann had been cast as the Doctor waaaaaay before it was announced. And he's right again. He really is more than just a Time Lord.

It's warm, lovely and cheap, unlike the UK. Curse the fact I can't live there.
Steven Moffat's an avowed Davison fan and since he's (apparently) writing the Children in Need special (he did that one with Jonathan Pryce and Rowan Atkinson, too, I recall) so it's very plausible as a rumour.
