Plot (derived from a previous case on the CBS web site)
Meet two brainiacs with a lot to learn. Leonard and Sheldon can tell their quarks from their quantum physics, but have no clue how women add up. Leave it to their pretty new neighbor, just off a messy breakup, to teach them a thing or two in THE BIG BANG THEORY.

Is it any good?
Well, it's not 100% awful. The leads are all likeable enough, although no real acting skills are called for and would be disturbing if they were actually used. Some of the jokes the geeks make are actually quite funny, if you understand what they're talking about.

But it's just it's so derivative. There is almost no element that you won't have seen before. No one, male or female, has any depth of character. No one rings true as a human being. It's a broad brush comedy that has nothing new to say, but might make you smile a good four or five times per half hour. Not one to wait for.

Of course, the real joke is that their speciality is quantum mechanics but the Big Bang Theory is fundamentally a general relativistic model of the universe. Ha!
