    He'd be good on that. But they'd probably make him a really serious actor who intellectualises what he does. Oh how we'd laugh.

    In a long-running series of 'star' spotting, I saw that Ricky Gervais in Richmond on Saturday. He had a 'please recognise me, go on, please, please' expression on his fat little face under his horrible sunglasses. So I ignored him.
